The North-South Railway has 191 station, but only active passenger stations are represented. Small stations are occasionally added or removed from services.
There are currently no scheduled services on the Quán Triều Line, but there are occasional tourist train services.
Other maps in circulation show the Kép–Hạ Long Railway, but that line is out of commission.

A schematic railway map (also referred to as a subway-style map) is a simplified visual representation and does not represent realistic physical geography or official international boundaries.
Stations are evenly spaced to make it easier to read, so stations are not always in the exact location, or in the right location relative to other stations.
